Our First White Christmas!

This was early Christmas morning... not a lot of snow then but it snowed all day long!

Welcome to Our Blog!

Dear Blog/Journal,

Our names are Tommy and Tucker Tiger. We are the classroom mascots for the 1st/2nd grade Multi-age classes at Pigeon Forge Primary School. All year we have been going home with a different student each night. The students then help use write about our experiences in our journals.

Tuesday, December 21 was the last day of school before Christmas Break. Guess who we went home with? You guessed it, Ms. McCarter! We are staying with her and Emily during break. We may go sleepover at Mrs. Cole's house with her family if we get bored. Ms. McCarter decided that instead of writing in our journal she would start a blog for us. So here it is!

Today was Christmas Day! When we woke up this morning there was snow outside! We have never had a white Christmas before! Ms. McCarter can remember one white Christmas when she was a kid but that was a long time ago.

Last night was Christmas Eve. We went with Ms. McCarter's family to the 11pm Candlelight and Communion Service at her church, First United Methodist in Pigeon Forge. Ms. McCarter was so happy that her mom, dad, big sister (that's Mrs. Cole), her nieces, and Emily were there to celebrate Jesus's birthday with her.

Uh oh, we just looked at the clock and realized it is actually the day AFTER Christmas -- and waayyy past our bedtime. Hopefully Emily will take us out to play in the snow tomorrow!
